How to use the service of “recharging the personal account with a bank card”

After clicking “Top up your balance” on your personal account page you will be forwarded to the “Recharge your personal account” page.

Please note that the “Account No.” field requires specifying the number of your Personal Account, and the “Your balance” field - the current balance of your Personal Account.
If you are already subscribed for auto-recharge, the masked number of the Bank Card you use to automatically recharge your Personal Account will be displayed in the “Added card” field.

Via this page you can:

  • Recharge your Personal Account without subscribing for auto-recharge:
  1. Please enter the amount (in digits) you want to deposit to your account in the "Amount to be deposited” field;
  2. Please do not tick “Recharge automatically with the balance less than...”;
  3. You are to get yourself aware of and accept “The Rules of Service Provision” by ticking where required;
  4. After clicking “Top up your balance” you will be forwarded to the Checkout page for bank card payments.
  • Recharging your Personal Account with the subscription for auto-recharge:
  1. Please enter the amount (in digits) you want to deposit to your account in the "Amount to be deposited” field;
  2. Please tick “Recharge automatically with the balance less than...”;
  3. Enter the minimum balance limit, which, when reached, will trigger auto-recharge (the “less than” field);
  4. Enter the auto-recharge amount to be deposited to your Personal Account when auto-recharge is triggered (the “for the amount of” field);
  5. You are to get yourself aware of and accept “The Rules of Service Provision” by ticking where required;
  6. After clicking “Top up your balance” you will be forwarded to the Checkout page for bank card payments.

 

Auto-recharge control: 

  • How to unsubscribe from auto-recharge:

             To unsubscribe from auto-recharge, please click “Deactivate auto-recharge” and confirm your action. The “Added card” field will be cleared.

  • How to replace the card added for auto-recharge:

             To replace the Bank Card added for auto-recharge, you are required to “Recharge the account with the subscription for auto-recharge” using your new Bank Card to deposit any amount within the established limit.

  • Changing auto-recharge settings:

             To change auto-recharge settings you have to “Recharge the account with the subscription for auto-recharge” with the changed auto-recharge settings to debit any amount within the established limit from the Bank Card you plan to use for auto-recharge.

After being forwarded to the “Checkout page for bank card payments" you are required to enter your card details in strict accordance with how they are indicated on the front and reverse side of your Bank Card.

  • Enter your Bank Card number in digits without spaces;
  • Enter your Bank Card expiry date in the MM/YY format;
  • Enter the Bank Card holder’s name in English in strict accordance with how it is indicated on your Bank Card;
  • Enter the email address to receive notifications of successful payment;
  • Enter your CVV2/CVC2 indicated on the reverse side of your Bank card;
  • Click “Submit.”

Should the Bank Card be linked to the 3-D Secure service, the User can be forwarded to the Bank's page. Further actions associated with payment confirmation shall be determined by the Bank.
After successful payment the System will notify you of it and send an electronic payment receipt containing the payment details to the email address you specified and you will be forwarded to the Person Account page.
Any failure in payment will be reported to you by the System. If this occurs, you are required to double-check the entered Bank Card details and repeat your payment or try another Bank Card.
If you decide not to pay, then just follow the “Get back without payment” link and you will be forwarded to the Personal Account page.
